How to Use

WRITE. REFLECT. GROW.

WRITE

The Affirmation Pages contains 120 unique positive affirmations that are sectioned into 15 unique sets of 8 affirmations each. Each set is to be written in a single sitting.

These 15 sets are repeated every 15 days for a total of three months of daily journaling. For ease of use, each set appears on its own page.

REFLECT

Evaluate your connection to the affirmation. Assign a number between 1 (low connection) and 5 (strong connection) in the space provided next to the affirmation.

Take a moment to reflect on your experience with the affirmation. Attach emotion to every positive possibility being presented through the affirmation, whether you have experienced it or not.

GROW

You will also be prompted to connect with a Positive Embodiment daily as well as complete a Weekly Reflection that will help you further connect with gratitude and with yourself.
