How to Use

WRITE. REFLECT. GROW.

WRITE

The Affirmation Pages contains 120 unique positive affirmations that are sectioned into 15 unique sets of 8 affirmations each. Each set is to be written in a single sitting.

These 15 sets are repeated every 15 days for a total of three months of daily journaling. For ease of use, each set appears on its own page.



REFLECT

Evaluate your connection to the affirmation. Assign a number between 1 (low connection) and 5 (strong connection) in the space provided next to the affirmation. 

Take a moment to reflect on your experience with the affirmation. Attach emotion to every positive possibility being presented through the affirmation, whether you have experienced it or not.

GROW

You will also be prompted to connect with a Positive Embodiment daily as well as complete a Weekly Reflection that will help you further connect with gratitude and with yourself.

So empowering and inspiring!!

First of all, this journal is such great quality and a lot of love and care were obviously put into making it. The cover is a gorgeous green and hardcover so it’s super durable!

The guided writings give you something to focus on and are a great prompt to build on when reflecting about your life and what you want to be more grateful towards.

This journal is definitely now my go to for reflecting on my life and in my personal goal to work on my relationship with gratitude!
